Cancellation & Refund Policy
How Wake Logger handles subscription cancellation, renewal timing, and refunds for paid features.
Effective April 13, 2026.
Cancellation
You may cancel an active Wake Logger subscription at any time from the billing page and, where available, through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your paid access remains available until the next renewal date, and you will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect unless you reactivate or start a new subscription.
Trials
If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid renewal into a paid subscription. Trial cancellations can end paid-feature access immediately when the Stripe subscription is still in a trialing state.
Refunds
Wake Logger does not provide refunds or partial refunds for change of mind, unused time, or partial billing periods, except where required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed in error, contact hello@wakelogger.com promptly and include the account email address and billing context so the charge can be reviewed.
